Polyester full draw yarns (FDY)

Suitable for the production of apparel and decorative fabrics. The main processing equipments are rapier looms, water jet looms, jet looms, circular looms, warp knitting machines, etc. Typical fabrics include suit fabrics, corduroy fabrics, emitated silk fabrics, curtain cloth and sofa cloth, etc.

Polyester Low Spamdexed Yarn (DTY)

Suitable for the production of home textile or apparel fabrics. The main processing equipments are rapier looms, water jet looms, jet looms, circular looms, warp knitting machines, etc. Typical fabrics include denim fabrics, sanded fabrics, peach skin fabrics, shade cloth fabrics, curtain fabrics and sofa fabrics, etc.

Polyester Composite Yarn (ITY)

Polyester UDY yarn is used to draw into DT yarn, which is then combined with POY in two-step method, or directly produced through FDY and POY one-step spinning. The product is featured in differential shrinkage, differential dyeing, and good hairy feel, etc.

Spandex covered yarns (ACY)

The product is processed by using polyester POY as the main raw material. While the POY is elasticized on the high-speed coating machine, a certain proportion of spandex yarns are incorporated, so that the fiber has good memory elasticity. The fabrics produced show good elasticity, with flat surface and good dyeing uniformity. It is the major raw material for the production of four-side elastic fabrics on water jet looms.

Two-component Elastic Yarns

The product adopts the composite spinning process, which is made of two components: PTT and PET or PBT and PET as raw materials. The two-component fibers are produced through twin-screw melting and spinneret aggregation. Due to the shrinkage of the two different raw materials, the fiber produced has self-curling effect, with high elastic retraction rate, no aging, and the fabrics made of it are featured in good air permeability, strong anti-staining property, moisture absorption and perspiration repelling.

PBT Matte High Elastic Yarns

The product uses PBT chips (polybutylene terephthalate) as the main raw material, and adds a certain proportion of matte chips during the spinning process to ensure fiber elasticity and color softness. After the fiber is woven into the fabrics, the fabrics show good resilience, crease resistance, stain resistance, skin-friendly characteristics.
