As a new model factory of TongKun green intelligent manufacturing technology, it relies on zero distance advantage of PTA from Jiaxing Petrochemical Co., Ltd, a company of TongKun Group, to create a “PTA-polyester-spinning” integrated construction project. What’s more, HengYou has 1,800 employees and is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in manufacturing polyester chips and polyester filament. At present, the company has a production capacity of 600,000 tons of POY and 300,000 tons of FDY, and its leading products are POY, FDY, ITY and semi-dull polyester chips of “TongKun” brand, which are well known and reputed in domestic and international chemical fiber markets. HengYou has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, GB/T45001-2020 occupational health and safety management system certification. Focusing on the future, the company insists on technological innovation, improves the level of enterprise equipment, ensures the quality of products and the research and development of new products, so as to give the enterprise a better competitive advantage. The company and China Textile Academy jointly conduct technological research, and built a set of the world’s first integrated joint device of polyester and spinning. Specifically, the main highlights of the device are: (1) the production device is the world’s first, greatly shortens the length of the melt transfer pipeline, reduces the thermal degradation reaction and energy loss, leading to the production capacity of 600,000 tons/year in one fell swoop; (2) the polyester part of this device adopts the DCS control system of Supcon, a leading domestic automatic control enterprise, and the spinning and winding part adopts the latest developed fully automatic equipment of Japan TMT Company; (3) supported by the strong R&D capability of TongKun Group, HengYou focuses on the development of semi-dull differentiated fibers of high value-added and high-tech. At the same time, the company’s annual output of 300,000 tons of FDY differentiated fiber project adopts the latest polymerization technology of China Textile Academy and the latest energy-saving IBox spinning winding technology of Japan’s TMT. Through the integrated design of “PTA-polymerization-spinning”, intensive intelligent production, and a series of automation means such as robotic canister drop, robotic packaging, automatic storage, etc., the company has achieved the production of fully intelligent process control. What’s more, the positioning of the products is based on the high and sophisticated, and the project has become a model factory of the intelligent park of the port. The subordinate supporting facilities of the company include foam workshop and paper tube workshop, which provide a strong guarantee of auxiliary materials for the subsequent normal production and operation of the company.
